Printed Liverpool polyester spandex is a soft flowing light weight fabric with a textured outside and a smooth inside. Perfect for garments that need structure such as tops, dresses, skirts and pants. Also works great for soft blankets and more! 1 inch Buffalo Plaid in black and white.
