Very unique! Bubble Liverpool polyester spandex is a soft flowing light weight fabric with a textured raised jacquard. The inside of the "bubble" is smooth. Perfect for garments that need structure such as tops, dresses, skirts and pants. Also works great for soft blankets and more! Royal Blue in color.
